Dear Potential Sponsor,

The Southbank LadyBugs are one of the premiere soccer clubs in Arizona. Boasting six state championships and currently having 11 former players playing at the Division I level in college, the Ladybugs have a longstanding reputation for putting out some of the best soccer players in the state of Arizona and competing at a national level. This past season the 95 LadyBugs White -- playing at the elite level -- finished in second place in the standings of the State League. Additionally the Bugs took gold at the Patriots Cup and Four Corners Cup Championship. In the past two seasons the 95 LadyBugs White has placed in the quarterfinals and semifinals of the Arizona State Cup.

This group of 12 and 13 year old girls has also competed in some of the biggest tournaments in the country, traveling to California for the Blues Cup, Nomads Tournament and Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup where they faced some of the best competition in the United States. The Bugs play on average 50 games a year and will play in no less than 7 tournaments throughout the season.

The mission of the LadyBugs program is to develop the highest caliber soccer player and play the game at its highest level. The team is coached by Manoel Coelho, a two-time All-American and Arizona Soccer Player of the Year.

The LadyBugs are currently looking for Corporate and Private sponsors for the upcoming 2008-09 season. The cost associated with operating a top-flight soccer club is steep. With finances needed for fields, insurance, training, travel, tournament fees, equipment and other expenses the LadyBugs are looking for a few quality sponsors to assist them in taking the program to the next level.

Becoming a sponsor of LadyBugs soccer is easy and its tax deductible, as the soccer club is a non-profit charitable organization (IRS 501C3). Donating to the LadyBugs will allow us to continue our mission of developing high quality soccer players and preparing them for college and it will give you an opportunity to assist youth sports at its highest level. Once you become a sponsor you will become part of the LadyBugs family. You will get updates on the progress of the players and teams and will be a welcomed guest at tournaments and league games.

There are three levels of sponsorships available – Gold, Silver and Bronze as outlined below. Please evaluate each of the options outlined and make your tax deductible donation to Southbank LadyBugs Soccer today.

Bronze -- $500. You will receive a team plaque, official thank you letter for display and a banner with link to your business on all three of our websites,

Silver -- $1,000 .. You will receive a team plaque, official thank you letter for display, banner with link to your business on all three of our websites and we will put your logo (provided by you) on the LadyBugs 95 White soccer bags,

Gold -- $1,500 and above.. You will receive a team plaque, banner with link to your business on all three of our websites, logo (provided by you) on the LadyBugs 95 White soccer bags and logo on the teams’ pre-game warm up jersey.
